Nicole Buecker
Administrative Director
Focused on executing the passion and ideas of Danielle and her team, Nicole Buecker is the administrative and logistical support for Connect 3. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Environmental Science.
Her undergraduate research includes the topics of fisheries management and macroeconomic impacts of recreational, public land use on local communities. Her field experience includes time in Morocco studying the agricultural supply chain and implementing farming and processing strategies for a remote community in the High Atlas Mountains. In her free time she enjoys mountain biking, fishing and hiking in the Pacific Northwest.

Peter Holt
Advisor
Mr. Holt began his career in franchising at the International Franchise Association, the oldest and largest trade association in the world serving the interests of businesses that franchise. Mr. Holt earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of London and completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Washington, where he graduated cum laude. He has written and lectured extensively on the subject of franchising. He currently served on the Board of Directors of PASMO, the Guatemalan affiliate of the Washington DC based NGO, PSI, which provides health care services in developing nations through franchising from 2014 to 2016.
He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Social Sector Franchise Initiative, a project of the Center for Social Innovation and Enterprise at the University of New Hampshire. He served on the IFA Board of Directors from 2013 to 2015 and as Chairman of the International Affairs Network (IAN) of the IFA from 1998 to 2007. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Global Marketing Group (GLOMAK) which advises IFA on all its international franchise activities from 1998 to 2007.
